Ownership and Control

Eqstra Holdings is a Black Empowered company with 34.40% BEE shareholding.  Furthermore, Eqstra has 14.40% Black Women shareholding, which is included in the 34.40% BEE shareholding.

Eqstra has two BBBEE partners namely, Lereko and Nozala.

Eqstra complies with the relevant BBBEE legislation and is a Level 3 contributor with a 110% BBBEE procurement recognition.  The socio and ethic committee of the Eqstra group oversee the implementation of the principles of transformation and has placed strategies in place to continually improve the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment rating.
