Ownership and Control

EIE Group is a Black Empowered company with 34.40% BEE shareholding.  Furthermore, EIE has 14.40% Black Women shareholding, which is included in the 34.40% BEE shareholding.

EIE has two BBBEE partners namely, Lereko and Nozala.

EIE Group complies with the relevant BBBEE legislation and is a Level 3 contributor with a 110% BBBEE procurement recognition.  The socio and ethic committee of the EIE Group oversee the implementation of the principles of transformation and has placed strategies in place to continually improve the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment rating.
